Ingredients:

Charcoal Filtered Deionized Water (Water), Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Cocamide MIPA, Polyquaternium 7, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid
Place a nickel to quarter size amount on a sponge or washcloth. Squish the sponge or washcloth to form bubbles. Apply the sponge or washcloth to body parts that need washing and gently scrub. Rinse suds off.
